High-speed railway girder concrete pump characteristics

High pressure, large displacement: outlet pressure is up to 22Mpa and max. Pumping displacement is up to 105m³/h. It is suitable for that it greatly reduces strong impacts to the grids. They can work separately as well as be confluent, which is of dual use. The system can meet the special requirements of high pressure and large displacement in girder construction. When actual pumping, one or two power systems could be adopted as per the construction condition so as to achieve energy saving.

Fully hydraulic control: it adopts alternating control by signal oil of main cylinder and swing cylinder, which forms a control cycle, so that the process of commutation could be done automatically and it avoids frequent electrical actions, making the system simpler and more reliable.

Extra-high pressure for delivery pipelines: pressure inside the pipelines can reach 22Mpa for extra-high pressure delivery. The pipelines suffer a lot of wear and tear and it will cause great losses once the pipelines burst. So it adopts special snti-wear and anti-high pressure pipeline with service life 3-5 times longer than ordinary pipeline, ensuring the ability of anti-burst and anti-wear.
